Strategic Plans and Quarterly Progress
Each year an operational plan is submitted to the Governor’s Executive Planning Office that outlines goals, strategies, and objective measures that the Department of Mental Health would like to achieve for the Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Illness, and Substance Abuse service divisions.
